Just caught Sue Foley's show tonight in Portland and was she ever running those frets!! Had a slight frog in her voice tonight, but still a stellar performance. Lloyd Jones opened doing a solo set of old blues standards. Highlights for me with Sue's show were Memphis Slim's "Mother Earth", Earl Hooker's "Blues with Hooker" and Sue's "Two Trains." Great night, just not long enough.
