JB...

I hope you get to see the series as well, however, if you can avoid buying the set, do so. For anyone with more than a cursory background in blues, it's a lot of the same old thing you've either seen, read, or heard about elsewhere. Granted, as we've all mentioned in this thread, there are saving points as in film clips of Son House, Muddy, Skip James, and others, but there's not a lot that will have you applauding the series as a whole.
