When writing a post, there is a field where you can browse for file attachments and attach them to the message.

Please convert BMP files to JPG, GIF or PNG format before uploading to converve space and make it reasonable for members on dial-up connections.

Regular members have a global limit of 5MB for attachments in all photos.
